Payment / How to pay if you do not have a PayPal account ?

You can buy using your credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

To pay by card tap “PayPal” once you have finished shopping.

When you enter the PayPal screen, select “don’t have a PayPal account” to pay by card.

Please note PayPal operates the payment gateway. For payment problems and issues, you need to contact PayPal  via the PayPal website.

What mode of payment do we accept ?

We accept international money orders [not overseas cheques], UK (British) cheques, UK (British) postal orders, UK (British) pounds sterling and Euros [to the sterling equivalent] in cash (sent well concealed at own risk), PayPal payments, and all major credit and debit card payments.

If you are sending cash please use a currency converter to check the exchange rate no later than the day before. You must send the correct amount, inclusive of postage. Cash is sent at your own risk. Make sure you post it well concealed – you could try neatly wrapping it in some tin foil paper and then putting it between postcards or pieces of paper before placing it in the envelope. We recommend that you send cash payments by a recorded delivery or special delivery mail service.

Please note that orders paid for via international money order and UK cheques will be dispatched seven days after receipt of your money order or cheque or upon confirmation of cleared funds.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us for bank account details.

Please note that payments with incorrect shipping charges will be returned and we will not be able to process the order.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders in excess of the quantities offered on our  products pages you must either have a PayPal account or be able to send funds by bank transfer (do ask your bank to confirm their bank charges first), or by western union money transfer. You will need to e mail us first to tell us what you want to order so we can quote the correct shipping charge.

 

Postage Charges + Delivery Timescales

Within UK

Order value up to £20 – flat rate postage  :  £3.99

Order value £20.01 to £50 – calculated at 15% of the order value

Order value above £50 –  flat rate postage :  £6.99

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail second class delivery service or via independent courier.

 

Delivery Times UK  

We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery from the time of placing your order, dependant upon Royal Mail .

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Same Day Home Delivery within London : For minimum order values of £100 we may be able to arrange delivery to your door if you live within a radius of approximately 10 miles from London E11 . Please contact us to confirm your address and check home delivery costs. Payment must be made in cash on delivery. We do not charge for deliveries within a 2 mile radius of E11.

Europe Postage Charges

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked services.

Within Europe please allow up to 14 working days for your order to reach you before making enquiries of your local post sorting office.

Worldwide : Any country outside UK and Europe

We regret we no longer ship to Republic of Ireland, Spain and Italy due to in country problems with customs clearance and transit times.

International customers, please check your country regulations for any import or customs duties that you may have to pay. We do not know what duties may be imposed.

Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to reach you before making enquiries of your local post sorting office.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Insurance

We do not provide transit insurance. Largely because there is very little damage that can be done to a herbal powder well packed and sealed ! The worst that is likely to happen if your package is damaged in the post is that the outer packaging will suffer, but the inner packaging containing the powder should remain intact under the worst conditions.

Safety

Please ensure that you have read and understood information on our website regarding safety issues, dangers, and warnings. For many complex reasons, we are unable to guarantee safety, and we are unable to say if herbal hair and body products are safe for use in pregnancy or if they are safe to use for a particular medical condition. Please take medical advice from your health care provider before using our products if you are already taking medication for a particular health condition. We also encourage you to undertake your own research into the safety issues surrounding the use of herbal hair and body care products in order to make an informed choice before purchasing.

Cancellation Rights :Provided goods are unopened and unused you may cancel your order without reason up to seven days after receipt and expect a full refund.

Product Results : We do not guarantee results; if you are not getting the result you are hoping for or you are struggling with  use of the product purchased, please contact us via our website contact form for help. We are always happy to make suggestions which may assist you.
