Delivery Times UK

We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 6 working days for delivery from the time of placing your order, dependant upon Royal Mail delivery times. On average it can take anywhere between 3 to 10 days for delivery from the time you place your order, depending on actual dispatch times and dependant upon upon Royal Mail delivery services in your area.  We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or via independent courier.

Same Day Home Delivery within London : For minimum order values of £100 we may be able to arrange free delivery to your door if you live within a radius of approximately 4 miles from London E11 . Please contact us to confirm your address and check home delivery costs. Payment must be made in cash on delivery.

International Weight Restrictions & P.O.Box Addresses

• Please note your order must be below 2kg for an international shipment ; if the order is above 2kg the system will not allow you to place your order and you may contact us for a shipping quote.
• Please note we are unable to deliver to a P.O. box address; you must provide a physical address for international shipment.

Europe

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked services before being handed over to your local in country postal service for delivery.

Within Europe please allow up to 14 working days for your order to reach you before making enquiries of your local mail sorting office.

Europe & Worldwide

• We ship worldwide. However, please note that delivery times may be significantly longer than estimated in Republic of Ireland, Spain and Italy, due to in country issues with customs clearance and transit times.
• International customers, please check your country regulations for any import or customs duties that you may have to pay upon delivery of your order. We do not know what duties may be imposed.
• Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to reach you before making enquiries of your local post sorting office.

International Shipping – USA

Please note: All orders shipped to the United States will incur customs duties and import taxes in addition to the standard shipping charges. At the time of checkout, you will pay the for your selected products plus the shipping fee. Once your order is placed, the third party shipping system – UK Royal Mail’s Click & Drop – will calculate approximate customs duties which must be prepaid by you before we can dispatch. We wil contact you via email to notify you of the amount required to pay and we will provide you with our bank account details and paypal address for you to select your method of payment. Currently, Click & Drop is quoting an estimated duty of approximately 50% of the order value. Additional import duties may be applied by U.S. Customs upon delivery. By placing your order, you agree to cover these charges. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your understanding.
